Art & Music Emporium, Inc. has been sponsoring TubaChristmas events since 2007! TubaChristmas started in 1974 by Harvey Phillips as a tribute to his teacher and mentor William J. Bell, born on Christmas Day, 1902. The purpose of these events are to reflect on the low brass heritage and honor all great artists/teachers that have given high performance standards, pedagogy, integrity, values, and camaraderie. Today you can hear these concerts all over the world! Starting with our first event in 2007 in Bangor, Pennsylvania, we enjoy seeing listeners and musicians that are students, friends, and new acquaintances as we unite for such a reflective performance after only a short rehearsal prior. Please consider attending one of our TubaChristmas Events below! The performances will be conducted by Dr. Joshua E. Long, PhD.
